We are now recruiting for a Sales Coordinator for our Harrogate office. Reporting to the Business Development Manager (BDM), this exciting role has arisen to help our innovative company achieve further growth.
The Responsibilities
– Telesales & Appointment Making with existing and prospective customers
– Preparing New Business proposals
– Preparing and sending out Contracts for new business
– Administration of new orders, including liaison with Operations & customer communication
– Management of Customer Database
– Customer relationship management – new and existing.
– Marketing activities such as flyers, blogs, social media and direct mail campaigns
The Individual:
This is a very important office based role in a small business. It will require a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to maintain productive relationships with key members of the team.
A key element of the role is carrying out telesales. This person will need to have the self-motivation and resiliance to make frequent calls to seek out new business opportunities.
An equally important responsibility is the administration of new orders. This will suit someone well organised, methodical and with a keen attention to detail.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Salary rate: £18-23k (depending on experience) plus Pension.
Location: Harrogate
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
