Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary rate: OTE c£40k (c.£20-£25k basic plus commission)

The Role:

A BDM vacancy has arisen to join this innovative Leeds based company to help achieve further growth.

The Organisation:

Livewell Vending Ltd ( – A well established and expanding company providing modern vending and hot drinks solutions across all sectors.

The Responsibilities

  • Identify & Target new customers
  • Manage and develop prospects database
  • Telesales & Appointment Making
  • Meeting prospective Customers
  • Preparing New Business proposals
  • Preparing management reports to monitor sales performance

The Individual:

This will appeal to someone who is not ony comfortable selling, but positively motivated by seeking out new business oportunities and closing deals. The role involves lots of travelling and will best suit a self motivated and resilient sales professional.

A target driven individual, you will need to be self-motivated and excel in time-management. You will need to be a positive and enthusiastic personality, and be comfortable with identifying, targeting and selling to key decision makers across all sectors. A capability and willingless to make your own appointments via telesales is essential.

  • – Proven success in delivering new business sales targets, preferably within the catering and hospitality industry and possibly in vending/coffee.
  • – Highly self motivatedand committed to achievement of results
  • – Good time managementand well organised 
  • – Exceptional relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • – Ability to use own initiative to develop new business opportunities.
  • – Ability to develop a rigorous understanding of the target market sectors
  • – A current driving licence.
  • – Competent IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, MSWord
