With fully managed vending, Livewell provides the machines, products, payment systems, servicing and ongoing support. The client provides the space, and Livewell manages the day-to-day vending operation.
The commercial arrangement depends on the site, expected usage and location. For suitable higher-use sites, fully managed vending can generate income for the client through revenue share or commission. For quieter or lower-use sites, a service charge may apply to make the service commercially viable.
This is different from self-fill vending, where the client buys or leases the machine and is responsible for stocking, pricing, cleaning and day-to-day management.
