1. Returns
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery to request a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include any documentation that came with the item.
- Eligible Items: Faulty goods
- Ineligible Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., ingredients).
- Customised or personalised products.
2. Refunds
- Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees and restocking fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at hello@livewellvending.co.uk with your order details including your order number.
4. Return Shipping
- Responsibility: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
- Prepaid Labels: For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or request assistance:
